I had a really pleasant stay here. The caretakers were excellent—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The entire property was kept very clean and tidy, which made the experience even more comfortable.
Service overall was outstanding. What impressed me most was how the team went above and beyond in assisting me with parcel deliveries. Not only did they help receive my packages, but they personally ensured they were brought up to my room. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
I left feeling well taken care of and would gladly return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with genuine hospitality and excellent service.

room was spacious & quite clean, bright too. bed & pillow was super comfortable, not noisy around the area from our room even though it was located along beijing road. location was very convenient to the station & shopping area too.

We enjoyed our stay at Gionee Light hotel. Location is good and convenient. Big thanks to Xiaocai and the team for their superb service. Taobao collection is easy at the counter. Will be back again!

Awesome Hotel. Definitely recommendimg my friends n family. Great location, nice rooms n most importantly wonderful staff, super helpful, super nice！Special shootout to Nini, Xiaocai. In fact all the staff there are so nice n accommodating.

Great location, right infront of Beijing rd Tee mall. Nice modern design and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent. The self-service washer and dryer is a plus. Great service from two of the front desk staff, a male and a female, who were usually on duty during the day. They were very friendly and helpful. Service from night-time staff, two females, was average. The room and toilet doors were a little stiff to open and close. Overall a good hotel to stay in.
