Orange Hotel

We had a great 3 night stay when we visited Guangzhou. The check-in took slightly longer due to new staff. Lift There is only 1 lift available Room Cleanliness Everything is good except for the window which the cleaner should clean each time. It is so dusty with dead bugs 🤢

Stay for 5 nights Location is alright, not too far from the Beijing Road Alot of food nearby, can also order ******* You can order Taobao and deliver to the hotel, however, you need to search for your own parcel in the store

THe lift is under maintenance so only 1 lift can be used. I had to wait quite long. Room is clean and new. I love it. Staff is nice and helpful.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The receptionist’s service was extremely poor. The room I booked was definitely a lot different from the one I got, especially in terms of size. You can clearly see the difference from the photo below. The so-called “window” was also strange — I’m not even sure if it can be called a proper window. What’s worse, in the middle of the night, there was a sudden loud banging on my door. It was very scary and felt unsafe . When I reported the incident, the management gave me three completely different explanations, and finally claimed it was a “fire alarm door issue.” I honestly don’t understand how the management team communicates internally. Very disappointed with the entire stay. I definitely won’t be coming back again.

The hotel really worth to stay... All of the staffs are very polite and helpful.. I really enjoy the stay with Orange Hotel... Hotel come with breakfast, room cleaning service as well as laundry service... The laundry service save alot of hassle... I will definitely pay another visit to Orange Hotel

The hotel is newly renovated, comfortable room, we stay here 4 nights. The location is very convenient, walking distance to Beijing road. A lot of good food around in Guangzhou that you must try, SPA and massage services are amazing. To ladies, shopping for clothes is a must have in your itinerary! 😆
