I came to Guangzhou for surgery and wanted to find a quiet and comfortable place to rest for a day and go home the next day. Actually, I like the outdoor environment of this hotel, but the service and details need to be improved. After all, the price is set for a high-end B&B. When the doctor informed me that I could be discharged from the hospital in the morning, I chose Huiyuan. Afraid that I wouldn’t be able to get checked in, I stayed in the hospital until about one o’clock and then ran to a B&B. However, we had not checked in at three o'clock after arriving because the room could not be cleaned. However, the previous guest had already checked out, and the room was not unable to be cleaned because of the guest's delay. I had to stay in the hospital for two hours. My stomach was very bloated after the operation and I was uncomfortable neither sitting nor standing. But during that time, the boss lady cooked me a bowl of plain noodles which was very delicious and I am very grateful. Finally we checked in, and we said we wanted to take a walk around the neighborhood. The landlady left a room card saying she wanted to add some fish to the tank in our yard. However, the fish had not been added when we came back, and she said the room card was lost, which made us feel uneasy when we slept well at night. Because we booked a private courtyard, we called the front desk at night to ask for an extra bed, but no one answered. In the end, my family went out to look for it. I brought the quilt but didn't put it in a duvet cover. I put it on my bed for a long time before I realized that the size didn't fit the quilt, so I had to use it for one night. During this period, my family said that the kettle was very dirty and could not be used, so they had to replace it again. The lady boss is quite welcoming, but she seems very busy and I don't know what she is busy with. The room facilities are not well-maintained, the cleaning is average, the supplies are average, and the front desk and linen room are messy. During the period, the landlady said that the price we booked was cheap and that the room we stayed in was priced at more than 2K. Then I really think it is not worth it, because consumers are buying the environment and service. Since you want to go the high-end B&B route, there really is room for improvement. Thanks again to that bowl of plain noodles, it was the best food I had during my more than a week in the hospital. Maybe I chose this kind of B&B because I wanted privacy, and I wanted the store to be well prepared in advance, and I could contact them immediately when I needed it, but this actually lost the feeling of privacy. "Passion" means working hard on the service you should have. You can't just be "passionate" but always perform poorly.

The air conditioner in the room was blowing directly at the bedside. I started sneezing and having a runny nose early in the morning. The smart toilet was not smart. It was scary to open and close the lid suddenly. The parking fee was 35 yuan per night. There was no discount for accommodation. The staff did not remind me when I checked in. The experience is not good. Not worth more than 400 a night, too expensive!
