I came to Guangzhou on a business trip again and stayed in this hotel. It was very comfortable. The environment and sanitation were good. The front desk service attitude was very good. I will choose this hotel again next time.

The first is that the front desk staff is deceiving me. I arrived at 5:45 in the morning, and they said I had to wait until 6 o'clock to get a room, and asked me to help. I agreed. At 6 o'clock, they said it would take five minutes, and I agreed again. At 6:05, they asked me to wait until 6:30, which made me angry. Then they checked me in, but I got even angrier when I entered the room. The hygiene was a mess, and I had no choice but to sleep on the quilt for three hours and then checked out. This is a chain hotel under Dongcheng Hotel, it's terrible.
