Every thing is good only one issue there was no phone to contact reception even for water have to go down n take yourself balance every thing is perfect n tv was not working

看中山眼科所以住附近，前一天住的酒店是內窗，採光和空氣都不好，特意選的這家有窗的。然後發現超值。
環境上，直接在頤碩商務酒店前台報道，住的樓層是20多樓，一開始老闆安排的是城景房，後面問她哪裡可以曬衣服，立馬給換了個好曬衣服的房間，並且可以看到小蠻腰。
衞生很乾凈，床單，地板都很衞生，衞生間稍微酒店，雖然樓層高，水壓也夠，水温有夠熱。
最主要是服務，老闆特意給了個電卡，讓一個人出去另一個人在房間也能用上電。但是，我沒記住插的是電卡不是房卡，出門順手拔的電卡，導致門開不了，又打電話給麻煩老闆。還有就是我們吃飯打包回來的飯菜，沒加熱的，試着問老闆有沒有微波爐借用下 ，老闆説沒微波爐但可以幫我們用蒸鍋加熱。每次有疑問打電話給老闆很快就出現解決，沒有不耐煩，還説24小時在樓裏，隨時可以找她。
如果説問題的話，就是酒店通病，門的隔音不太好，其他住客在走廊的聲音很清楚。但好像這個確實很難解決。

帶小朋友住了兩天，第一天感覺挺緊湊，第二天續住到一樓和吧枱人員説了將房間收拾一下，結果當晚遊玩回去衞生沒有收拾，對於服務體驗感極差。

可能店家已經預料到這個中評了 原因是雖然是無煙房 但是房間裡充滿了煙味 而且沒辦法換房 店家給了空氣清新劑 這個東西噴了過幾分鐘又全是煙味 可能是因為菸味太濃烈了⋯这一晚入睡比较艰难 第二天起来浑身烟味
其他的设施看起来还可以 相对干净 跟图片上一样 也没有蚊子

有落地窗房間很亮堂！浴室也很寬敞還有浴缸，這邊地段好酒店不少但是這家好在比較新，跟姐妹來廣州玩選了這裏還是挺滿意的哈哈哈，服務業太熱情了，i人有點害羞！

我們一家人共訂了5間房，服務的人員是一對夫婦，非常的照顧入住的客人，非常熱情❤️
住宿在23樓，觀景非常好，夜晚寜靜，房間清潔，床裖的軟硬適中👍🏻
但是住房的全部厠所熱水不穩定，水壓不足，常常沒有熱水，5間訂房有3間的馬桶都有瘀塞的情況，最是不方便，沐浴間清潔一般😩
