考試定了這個酒店，説是酒店其實到了發現就是公寓，設施也比較老舊。入住後沒掀開床鋪查看，過了應該一小時不到想躺下休息，掀開被子床單上很多黑色的碎屑，打電話給前台説想換個床單。上來了個藍色衣服的大叔，上來就説他們的床上用品都是送清洗廠絕對不會有問題，然後説是我們自己身上帶的。床上連人印都沒有，我們説是本來就有的，而且也衹是要求換床單又沒什麼過分要求。大叔就很激動態度也不咋好的説不要説了我們肯定沒有問題，那就拿個床單給你們咯。於是拿了個床單讓我們自己換…我們花錢住酒店衞生不好還得自己服務自己…第二天中午拿外賣房卡還刷不進房間了，下午趕着去考試呢…總之整體從衞生到服務到設施都挺不滿意的。

雲松酒店非常適合出差和旅遊居住，性價比很高，周圍交通便利，地鐵/公交/滴滴/共享自行車都很方便。酒店有免費停車位，客房房間乾淨整潔，光線很好，也很通風，7樓有免費的自助洗衣房，還有大露台，曬衣服非常方便。附近景點和吃喝玩樂的地方很多，強烈推薦火爐山和華南植物園，親子遊玩或放鬆散心都很不錯。

酒店環境很好，地理位置很便捷，對面就是中國移動南方基地，離天河智慧城地鐵站和廣百商場就幾分鐘路程，。服務柔和周到，客房打掃乾淨利索。在這裏讓我們這些從外地來移動基地培訓的學員感受到了家的温馨，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，用品齊全。酒店後面一條街都是吃的，超市葯店飯店應有盡有，吃飯購物休閑娛樂都很方便。

環境好，價格便宜，服務棒，前台服務很認真，這次出差入住的酒店整體表現中規中矩。位置比較便利，離公司和地鐵站都不遠，通勤時間節省了不少。房間空間不算侷促，基本設施齊全，床的軟硬適中，能滿足日常休息需求。衞生狀況尚可，不過牆角處能看到些許灰塵，浴室玻璃也有些水漬，細節清潔還需加強。

房間住的很舒服，我是早上九點多去的酒店，問了一下前台可以提前入住，到房間了看了眼設施還不錯，住的也很舒服還配置了礦泉水👍👍

房間很差，很久沒有這麼差的體驗了，一進門一股發黴味道，床單是破的，晚上讓人換，換的那條還是破的。而且廁所裏一股異味，兩扇門也都是壞的，後續與商家協商商家也不願意進行賠償
