I booked a 30㎡ deluxe double room online, but I was given a 20㎡ business double room. It was only after I checked in that I discovered that the room was very small and completely different from the one online. Finally, I asked the front desk, and her explanation was that she would let me stay here first, and the double bed room I booked had not been vacated yet. If I had not noticed that the room size was wrong, I would have suffered a big loss. The order clearly stated that it was 10 a.m. Check in at 12 noon and check out at 12 noon. I couldn't check in at nearly 4 o'clock in the afternoon. (3) Basically all rooms are on the side close to the commercial street, and the third and fourth floors will be very noisy.
