Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Fangcun Huadiwan Subway Station Hotel)

My child was participating in a chess competition at Jinlanyuan Primary School nearby, so I booked this hotel so that he could come back and rest at noon. He went out at 12:45 noon and was stuck in the elevator on the 18th floor for 10 minutes. Several classmates were rushing to the same elevator at 13:00. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, but the elevator broke down at the critical moment. It was really scary.

The hotel is very comfortable, with dry and wet separation. I originally wanted to buy a toilet mat, but when I came to the hotel, I saw it was provided in the toilet👍. The waiter at the front desk was very nice, considerate and courteous.

The location is very good, parking is available, the room is very clean and very quiet! The attitude of the service staff is very good! It is very comfortable to stay for two consecutive days! It is very cost-effective at this price

The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities in the guest rooms are relatively new. Here are three pain points: 1. Transportation: It is too far to walk to Huadiwan Station or Kengkou Station on Metro Line 1, and it is too close to take a bus. There are three real estate projects under construction on Huanhua West Road at the same time, and the road is not easy to walk and is prone to traffic jams. 2. The building where the hotel is located is 30 stories high, and the hotel is located on the 16th to 18th floors. You must take the elevator to go up and down. However, there are only 3 elevators in the entire building, and it takes a lot of time to go up and down and wait for the elevator. 3. The most important point is that the most luxurious business suite I booked in the hotel did not have a small refrigerator, which is very unfriendly to Guangzhou, where there are three seasons of summer a year.

The room is clean, the decoration is quite new, the sound insulation is great, the check-in front desk service downstairs is very efficient, the foreign reception is also great, it is recommended for business travel

The room is very small. I don’t recommend it to everyone. There are no wild sales downstairs. The price/performance ratio is very small. There will be no next time! ! ! ! You have to share the elevator with other residents to get to the hotel first, which is very troublesome! ! !

This building is mainly an apar**ent building, and most of them are young people. There is a newly opened Tustin and a convenience store downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient for late-night snacks. It is not far to walk to the nearby shopping malls. The picture shows the nearby Yongqingfang, which is about 20 minutes from the hotel subway. It is highly recommended

I booked it for the desk. There are two desks, which are suitable for people who need to work. I thought the room would be small after reading other reviews, but it is not that small. The space is well utilized. It is much cleaner than a B&B. Chain hotels are more reassuring. Except that the place is a little off the beaten track, it looks ordinary outside during the day, but I didn't expect it to have a beautiful night view.
