The location of the hotel is a bit remote and not easy to find. The decoration and facilities of the room are good, but the hygiene needs to be improved. There are some hairs on the bed, and the bathroom smells so bad that the exhaust fan is useless even if it is turned on. We also sit on a small bench when we drop off at the airport, and the service is still good.

The air was very dirty as soon as you entered, and the toilet was full of live bugs. Screencasting didn't work at all, wifi couldn't be connected, conjunctivitis and rhinitis broke out after one night, my whole body was itchy, the sheets weren't dry when I slept, you know it all. I don’t know where the score of 4.8 came from.

The sound insulation is very poor, and the sounds from the corridor and other people's rooms can be heard clearly. The hygiene is extremely poor. The new disposable slippers were dirty when they were taken out. There is no air conditioning in the halls and walkways.

Very poor experience, must complain! Not long after I checked in, there was a sudden power outage. After waiting for an hour, there was no call. There was no flashlight or emergency light. I ate takeout in the dark and reported it to the front desk. The front desk staff just lowered their heads and pressed their phones and ignored my inquiries. I stood there for a long time before I barely got a response. This service attitude was really unacceptable. The staff did nothing during the power outage. They did not take any emergency measures to protect the basic needs of the residents, nor did they offer an apology. We were left in the dark at a loss, which seriously affected our rest and mood.
