Very good experience. The building and interior is well renovated and decorated.
Great communication from the staff and friendly help provided.
The only ‘negative’ is there is no lift in this building. But they will offer to bring your luggage up for you.
The location is great if you are into local community culture as its located in a neighbourhood area.

Thera wasn’t just chic and beautiful. It was also the most comfortable of several places that I stayed in when I visited Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Downstairs there’s a coffee/tea shop that’s open during the day, run by the same courteous folks who operate the hotel. The side street it’s on has a full assortment of food spots. My favorite was the old-school eats at the street entrance, and there’s not just one but TWO dessert cafes! The Guangzhou 1 and 2 lines are nearby so you can’t really go wrong here. Besides all the alleys, the nearby Liurong temple is worth exploring.

Great place! Great room with Memphis details. I had problems the first day regarding the cleaning of the room (it hadn’t been made up) but it was ok the second day.

This was our second stay at TheraSpace and we absolutely loved it. Clean, comfortable, fantastic location, beautiful furnishings, great breakfast and coffee. The neighborhood it's in is incredibly charming and full of great food and cafes. Very easy to travel around.

Immersive real-life visual effects cover a variety of styles including French romance, Italian modern, extreme minimalist future, exotic Egyptian, Chinese Zen, gorgeous bathtubs and more, allowing you to have a cozy and relaxing holiday without leaving the building.
