The air conditioner in the hotel made abnormal noises with frequency. At first, I thought the guests upstairs in the hotel were knocking on the door. I thought I would stop knocking if I was tired. I endured it until 3 a.m. and called the front desk to have someone check it out. They told me that it was not the person upstairs. I asked the staff to come in and take a look. As soon as they came in, they said it was the air conditioner. They knew clearly that the air conditioner was making strange noises but they didn't bother to fix it. When I, the guest, complained, they said that I was the first one to complain. The sound had a frequency that could make my heart beat. I couldn't stand it and it caused palpitations, chest tightness, and breathlessness. The hotel's problems affected my physical condition. The hotel staff didn't deal with it properly and didn't deal with the fundamental problem. My boyfriend asked me to endure it. After a few minutes, my heart rate went wrong. I myself I was almost out of breath, so I went straight to the front desk. The hotel staff gave me a solution: a fan. How shocked was I yesterday? I spend hundreds of dollars blowing a fan for one night? It’s funny. I asked for a quiet room and started telling me that there was no room. I became more and more tough and said a lot. I couldn’t ask if I could have a double bed because it was four o’clock in the morning and it was too late. I had to sleep hard. , we are a couple sleeping in a 1.2-inch bed, which is very crowded. My heart is arrhythmia, and my boyfriend is very dissatisfied with not being able to sleep in another bed to take care of me. The hotel provides a reasonable solution, which has caused physical problems to the guests! As a college student, I guarantee that every sentence is true and not half false!
