Guangzhou Conghua Xitou Village Yongse Yunxi Homestay

The owner was very attentive and helpful, and the B&B was a delightful place to stay. It's right in Xitou Village, so it's easy to find. It's also close to the river tracing activities that children love, making it a wonderful trip!

We checked into a two-bedroom, four-bedroom unit on a weekday during the summer vacation, paying over 1,200 RMB. Unfortunately, our stay fell far short of our expectations. 1. **Price-to-Value Disparity:** * This unit's price seems excessively high for the summer market and lacks sufficient value for money. * The unit is actually two connected standard rooms, not the "suite" with a separate living room and functional areas as commonly advertised. The price seems unreasonable for this unit's structure and features. The internet was also very slow; even refreshing the Wi-Fi connection took a long time to load. 2. **Poor Facility Maintenance (Swimming Pool):** * The swimming pool, a key summer amenity, was extremely murky, clearly lacking timely and effective cleaning and maintenance. This not only impacted the swimming experience but also raised concerns about basic hygiene standards. Such water quality is unacceptable during peak swimming season. 3. **Poor Breakfast Service Experience:** * **Inconvenient Timing:** Breakfast starts at 8:30 AM, which is too late for families with elderly and children, forcing them to go out for food due to hunger. * **Negative Service Attitude:** When we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 AM, the staff were still not ready. The subsequent service was slow and visibly impatient, demonstrating a lack of service awareness. * **Lack of Food Quality and Variety:** The breakfast provided (steamed buns, eggs, white porridge, and preserved mustard) was extremely limited in variety, mediocre in quality, and poorly presented. It completely contradicted the hotel's positioning and room rates, resulting in a poor experience and a perfunctory feel. Such a breakfast should be cancelled; its presence would only negatively impact the overall image of the B&B. The natural scenery surrounding Xitou Village is indeed beautiful, but this stay at your hotel severely undermined the mood of our vacation. The exorbitant room rate does not correspond to the quality of facilities, service, and dining experience. Overall, the hotel feels significantly overvalued.

Stealing half a day of leisure, after the group gathering, get together with friends, chat briefly, have a couple of drinks, it's so relaxing! The environment is quiet, the air is fresh, the weather is mild, and it is off-peak travel time, so it is comfortable. The store is reliable and the people are straightforward. It's worth coming if you have the chance!

Except that it is a little expensive, everything else is good. The house is new, and the interior design and facilities are even more beautiful than the exterior. It is especially suitable for family or friends to hang out together. There is a long table for dining, mahjong, and tea making. Time flies by in a flash. There is a field of plum blossoms outside the door, and the stone street is a 2-minute walk away. There are also some villages nearby where you can go hiking, which is very relaxing.

地中海風情的民宿，原來是個小學改建的，晚上很安靜，床品也是純棉的很舒服，乾淨衞生！提供早餐，很簡單，但是也夠吃了。缺點是這個石子路推行李箱太難了，熱心的前台小哥哥幫我們送到房間的！點贊👍總體來説，推薦！

管家很nice，服務態度好 帶小孩出行，在民宿有小泳池可以和其他小朋友一起玩水 早餐份量足，午餐晚餐也可以到停車場旁邊的飯店解決，味道很不錯，報民宿老闆還有九折很划算 離村口很近，停車很方便
