Nice hotel with private onsen in the balcony. Hotel semi buffet (9 boxes bento set) is not recommended as a lot of wastage of foods. Instead, Management should let hotel guest pick their preference to order

酒店很新，有健身房，還有麻將房，有無邊泳池，房間帶泡池，滿足了我的所有需求。定了五一帶家人再來。
設施：新，好用。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：因為來去都啊暴雨，沒出酒店門，山景綠色滿眼，看到還有孩子玩的地方。
服務：提前加微信一對一服務，有需求跟賓客服務提即可。
餐食:早餐豐富可口。晚餐和午餐都可以選擇在一樓餐廳點菜，吃了一餐，覺得還不錯。
整體:不用外出，適合放鬆休閑，一站式服務，會再來。

設施：新開業不久的酒店，設施非常齊全，佈置整齊
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，陽台的温泉池也比較乾淨
環境：有靠近居民樓的朝向也有靠近後山的朝向，靠近居民樓朝向的房間可能需要遮擋布遮一下
服務：特別好！！！對第一次來到從化泡温泉的人來説可以考慮這家酒店！和我聯繫的是前廳接待主管樑小姐，服務周到細緻，態度也非常非常好！還贈送了小禮物。下次來還會找她噠

一到酒店大堂，就收到大堂經理粱欣宜小姐的熱情接待，使我們馬上感覺到親切，温暖，房間寬大，衞生乾淨整潔舒適。泡池大，水量足，陽台足夠大，很滿意的一次體驗，

酒店服務熱情周到，衞生乾淨整潔。還為我升級了房型，最欣賞的設計之處是床邊的落地窗，一拉開就是温泉池，頂層的無邊泳池和休閑區很贊👍

房間乾淨寬敞明亮，獨立温泉池足夠大，公共區域乾淨衞生，天際泳池超級出片，服務人員都非常熱情禮貌，特別是前台的陳先生，還有零食小贈品，體驗感非常好，會再來！

幾乎每個月都會一兩次周邊遊，也比較喜歡相對新的酒店，這次選了嶺南東方，挺慶幸的。首先價格相對周邊温泉鎮的高級酒店來説性價比比較高。
設計上也很不錯，特別感謝還幫忙升級了房型，也加了一池水，一共兩池，早上特意多泡了一次再走。
衞生各方面都不錯，起碼我沒看見明顯的灰塵和臟物之類，服務人員的態度都很好。
美中不足是早餐選擇不夠多（價格決定了），以及下雨沒辦法帶小孩去親子樂園。
天氣好的時候會再來～
