We booked a 2-room hotel for 4 people and confirmed the payment in advance. However, when we arrived, we were asked to pay again for the room, which was not pleasant at all.

Couldn't store luggage at first due to room occupied, then was asked to change to other apartment (same host) with further distance from the metro station, which got me frustrated. For those who want to store luggage, please store at somewhere else (paid locker) or ask the host via WeChat beforehand. After long hours of negotiation, the host has agreed to help us shift the luggage to the first apartment that we booked. Overall I think the service can be improved, especially how she talked to the guest. The cleanliness of the room is average. The location is kinda hard to be found via the map provided, though it's convenient to walk from the metro station.

It's not a bad night's sleep, but the room smells a bit musty because of the carpet. I wouldn't go back, to be honest.
The bathroom was nice, I appreciated it.
