價格和服務極其不符，我花了一千六五間房就住了一個狹窄巷子裏的改建房??大學城附近的郊區這個價格真是不把人當人不知道店家怎麼定出的這個價😨衞生堪憂，住了一晚上腰痠背痛還會被蟲子咬，大半夜的大排檔和走廊上客人入住的嘈雜聲真的。。。很無語大家自己體會🙃避雷了家人，我真的覺得這家店房子衹值60r（大概唯一的優勢就是離早餐店近，但是這玩意在大學城也不突出吧。。）

十二點多到店的，店家服務態度挺好的，就是進門後廁所總會聞到有一股味道，然後拿花灑整個衞生間沖了一遍，包括牆壁，沖了才好一些。總體還行。

在大學城的一家民宿，距離學校特別近，昨天入住的特別晚老闆也很熱情接待，很快幫我們解決了問題，房間是肉眼可見的乾淨，還貼心的準備了一次性馬桶套佈局合理，房間採光好，隔音效果也很好，下次住還會選擇！

設施:都比較齊全紙巾水壺飲用水都有衞生:很乾凈
環境:比較安靜
服務:老闆人不錯會及時解決問題。 交通便利不會堵車。 有停車場 床好睡，空調舒服，熱水管夠也乾淨!店裡服務好，在北亭內生活很方便，吃喝用都很便利

搞不懂一間普普通通的賓館為什麼這麼貴，500多元一間房，沒有早餐，房間很小，在不顯眼的內街，沒有大堂，沒有設施

酒店裝修真是非常的棒，服務非常的好。酒店的配備很齊全，衞生很乾凈。配有洗衣機，可以免費開發票，周圍小吃超級多，酒店停車很方便。總就衞生，服務，設備設施都很棒，值得入住。

2.服務熱情，還幫忙指路，搬行李，美女漂亮姐姐
3.去星海藝考也方便。我很多同學都在這裏，很熱鬧呀
4.晚上我們幾個同學去廣州大學商業中心，很多吃的特色小吃真心不錯😄
