酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，一次性用品齊全，裝修風格很喜歡，服務熱情態度特好，位置好找便利，點外賣很方便，周邊吃的很多，超讚的！

1. 打着酒店的名頭，頂多衹能算個民宿，站在路邊上根本找不到，還在巷子裏，根本就是虛假宣傳。
2. 沒有停車場，停車非常的不方便。在前台購買了停車票，在停車場沒有用，前台也不退，能坑一筆是一筆。
2. 最後一天，還要訂房的人在攜程上退訂，説沒有入住，然後再轉錢給前台，因為怕被騙，所以沒有答應。
套路非常的多，大家謹慎選擇。

價格和服務極其不符，我花了一千六五間房就住了一個狹窄巷子裏的改建房??大學城附近的郊區這個價格真是不把人當人不知道店家怎麼定出的這個價😨衞生堪憂，住了一晚上腰痠背痛還會被蟲子咬，大半夜的大排檔和走廊上客人入住的嘈雜聲真的。。。很無語大家自己體會🙃避雷了家人，我真的覺得這家店房子衹值60r（大概唯一的優勢就是離早餐店近，但是這玩意在大學城也不突出吧。。）

設施齊全，交通便利，位於地鐵口旁邊，衞生處理得挺乾淨，服務態度也挺好的，但投影儀與投影屏會出現錯位，總體感覺不錯。

十二點多到店的，店家服務態度挺好的，就是進門後廁所總會聞到有一股味道，然後拿花灑整個衞生間沖了一遍，包括牆壁，沖了才好一些。總體還行。

在大學城的一家民宿，距離學校特別近，昨天入住的特別晚老闆也很熱情接待，很快幫我們解決了問題，房間是肉眼可見的乾淨，還貼心的準備了一次性馬桶套佈局合理，房間採光好，隔音效果也很好，下次住還會選擇！

設施:都比較齊全紙巾水壺飲用水都有衞生:很乾凈
環境:比較安靜
服務:老闆人不錯會及時解決問題。 交通便利不會堵車。 有停車場 床好睡，空調舒服，熱水管夠也乾淨!店裡服務好，在北亭內生活很方便，吃喝用都很便利
