Good stay, though finding the e location can be confusing 😅

Cleanliness: The room is clean enough,although there are many scratches and dirt on the wall. And super dirty outside the room itself. Noisy too. I can hear a lot of noise even at night. Location: The location is beside tai koo hui. If you rebt a cheap hotel, it is not good to shop in this mall because everything is too expensive. From Moodlink, there is little choice but when you go across near there are better choices. But it is so hard to cross the big street. I had to use the subway and it is a long walk. When i want to eat at night, I cant just go out because its far to go to these places. Service: the people here are good looking and seems whant to help but it is hrad that they cant understand so much english. There is one who can but he is not always there. Another that cant be rated is that you have to go to 2 elevators to go to your room. You go to 7th floor first and then walk a to 20 meters to go to the other elevator. There is always a wait to get ito these elevator so its a bit annoying that you cant get straight to the room and out. Amenities: there is a gym that no one will use because it is glass enclosed everyone can see you and so small, only one person can fit about the size of a toilet. The kitchen in the picture is non existent. No spoon no forl, no chopsticks, no glasses. No plates! So sad. The restaurant they are saying is a public restaurant that is on the first floor. The building entrance is by yhe way too hard to find too. And very dirty. I dont feel secure becaus ejust anyone can enter evern without keycard. The lobby is also a bit inconvenient to go to. It is hard to find. It is on the 7th floor and from the elevator you have to walk a 15 to 20 meters near the other elevatior which is not on the same side as when going to the rooms. I wanted to leave but i am always busy and tired. I thought the room is not okay. So i just continued staying. I asked for a discount and they were kind ebough to give me but you know. I do nto recommend this hotel for families, business or leisure. Maybe for solo travelers like me who are okay with a bit of inconvenience, it is okay but there are other cheap hotels.

The hotel is in a very strategic location in Tianhe with close proximity to grand view mall and parc central.

We booked three rooms with same price. Two rooms are big and only one room is too small. When i asked the reason to staff. The staff can't explain the reason and show rude manners. Neglect the customer as not unnecessary. I have never seen these kinds of experience before.

Very good location . They should give a very good instruction how to get to their place.  After get out from Shipaiqiao station exit D, turn left (less than 50m) , then turn left again. Will see the entrance to a parking area & right hand side is a school. Go further a bit to No 375, take lift to level 7.  After exit level 7, move left to another building. Then go to level 23 to check in.  I got a room with nice view .

The hotel staff is very nice and attentive. Clean hotel with all amenities and close to everything
