酒店位於開發區，周邊比較偏僻，只有一家便利商店。去附近大型商場如永旺，萬達需打車幾分鐘。酒店環境是不錯的，有待改善如下： 前台經常沒有職員，入住及退房都需要打電話找人來。有戶外陽台但桌子舖滿灰塵。洗手間熱水也是不穩定及不持久，估計是儲水式熱水爐，用十分鐘水便轉冷了。 附近酒樓金塘胜宴可以一試，氣派高大上。

第一次來，沒來之前挺擔心不乾淨。來了之後真的是乾淨衞生，周邊雖然不怎麼熱鬧，但是也在商圈範圍內，離永旺才一公里，園區環境也乾淨漂亮。
