The hotel size are fairly decent and the counter staff were very helpful. Just that we were unlucky to have hit the power shutdown between 12am-4am without electricity and aircon so the second night was rather unbearable with disrupted rest. Still the counter staff was apologetic and distribute gift as part of service recovery. Overall the location is the best and it is right at the smack of pedestrian street. Worth the sta

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic — just a short walk to Beijing Road, which made it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, giving me a comfortable place to rest after a long day out. Highly recommended!

My family and I had an amazing experience at Mercure, and we want to especially highlight the exceptional service from Pan Pan at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she assisted us with the check-in process smoothly and professionally, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Her warm and attentive service truly made us feel welcome.
The hotel itself is well-maintained and perfectly located, making it very convenient for our trip. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is centeally located near a metro station and across the famous Beijing Road Pedetstrian street. Hotel is clean and I believe it’s one of the few hotels that has a Japanese style lavatory. Bed is on the stiffer side. Free water, coffee or tea at the lobby. Breakfast has amole choices. One downside is that the elevators are not in sync thus you have to push both set of elevators when going up or down, this also means longer time waiting for elevator

Had a good stay at the hotel. Location is convenient to many places, lots of food eateries and front desk service staffs are all very helpful. Stayed both the one bed and twin bed but find that the design of the one bed to be more spacious.
