房子需然位置大不大，但沖涼房很舒服，整體乾淨衞生，裝修也是新。房東人非常好，她説月底前裝隔音窗了，就不會再有太大的馬路噪音！真心非常性價比高的房子！滿分💯

衞生可以，管家阿姐的服務挺好，民宿離地鐵市二宮站不遠，10分鐘內可以走到，一路都有吃的，奶茶店也不少，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，這個很貼心，就是民宿在馬路邊，整晚被來來往往的車聲吵到睡不好，睡眠質量有影響，還有上下樓是樓梯，拿大行李或者行李多就不是很方便

房間空間很大，衞生很乾凈，設施設備很齊全，交通也很方便，美中不足一點就是窗户隔音較差，換個隔音好的窗户就完美了。

還沒有入住，客服就給我發了停車場的位置，並幫我保存了外賣，凌晨到的廣州，老闆態度很好的解答了我們停車場的問題，入住房間很新，床很軟，有乾淨整潔小家的感覺，還有抽油煙機電磁爐，非常舒服滴入住體驗，推薦推薦。老闆人真滴超好，很喜歡！

位置不錯，附近交通便利，餐飲豐富，距離蔬果市場也很近。
沒有電梯，是一棟民居小樓改造的。不是非常好找到，但是入住前會有路線説明。
工作人員都非常友好
房間乾淨，毛巾一次性的
唯獨是臨着馬路所以有點聲音。第二個晚上不知道哪裡有人唱K聲音有點大

衞生很好，附近都是吃飯的地方，老闆入住之前打電話詢問到達時間，短訊告知怎麼坐地鐵哪個口出來和住宿地址的圖片，節省了找地址的時間，入住的二樓還幫忙提行李
