Get a room facing the city. The view is beautiful during the day and the night . The room was comfortable for 3 adults and the bedding and towels were clean. The free drinks were really nice and plenty water was always provided. The breakfast was basic but a vegetarian could do. The coffee was quality. Ask for help with the machine. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the laundry room was excellent .
The room could be cleaned more thoroughly. The corners had thick dust and the floor had a nail clipping from somewhere else. The shower could also have used a deep clean to break down the soap scum and build up. The hotel is in an excellent location!
Would book again.

A cosy accoms located in Tianhe district, walking distance to train station, shopping area and food area.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Was also able to extend check out till 4PM. Would recommend this accoms!

We had an amazing time at Atour hotel with the highlight being the service provided by the hotel staff. Huang was so helpful and was able to speak both English and Cantonese, which helped us with directions, advice and made our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to assist us and we would definitely come back. Another amazing staff was Ao te man, she spoke Cantonese and helped us tremendously when we had flight issues. She helped us call the airline and resolve our issues. She was dedicated and took the time to help us to the fullest. We are so grateful to these two hotel staff and made our stay the best experience ever!

Room was clean and bright, toilet as well. Enough space for big luggages too. Bed was comfortable to our liking. 👍🏼👍🏼
