設施：設施齊全 有洗衣機 早餐 附近也有廣場可以吃飯唱K挺方便的
衞生：衞生環境很乾凈，看得出不定時清潔
環境：環境舒適，屬於有點泰式風格！
服務：從前台到送東西的小哥 服務態度都很好 很有禮貌
下次還會選擇來這裏入住

前台説不讓在平台訂，不友好，開了一個角落的房間，沒桌子，潮濕，太無語了，位置還偏僻。燈光不亮，洗手間間的門還是壞的。

衞生條件不是一般差，原訂的房型一進去好多飛蟲，燈帶處有明顯蜘蛛網，聯繫前台想要換房，前台告知當前房型能滿足我需求的（帶桌子的）沒有房間了要給我退款！第一時間想到給我退款而不是換房！
入住時我在前台有透露想要加價升級房間的想法，前台可能以為我是找茬想要免費升級房間，當我提出要加價升級時，前台才回復我可以帶我看一下其他房間！
很感謝給我免費升級了一個房間，原需補差價30！原應該給個好評的，但入住感受實在是差的不行！晚上也沒睡好，被蚊子叮的手上全是包！
衞生也是差的不行，一進去，馬桶上還有血漬，聯繫前台過來給我消毒抹塵，過來的服務員告知我阿姨已經下班了無法消毒，我説那擦拭一下可以吧，服務員回覆可能擦的不專業，給我幾個一次性墊子，先應付一個晚上，這擦個馬桶還有專不專業的啊，那我自己擦就專業了嗎？好在服務態度還是挺好，笑眯眯的，就是工作不到位。
原訂三個晚上，上午早早的離開了酒店，換了另一個，實在是受不了那蚊子了！還有那馬桶！隔應！

設施差，門鎖連續五天刷不開得叫服務員操作。房間燈暗。衞具有明顯黑斑點。洗手池有裂紋。
