This hotel are at good location. The frontdesk are good. Staff name VIKEY are the one who help me alot during stay here.

Location nearby wholesale mall. Arrive early, and im allowed for early check in. Thats nice. However, 3 receptionist, not so friendly. Doesnt feel welcome at all. Maybe language barrier. Male receptionist at night are better compared to the female. Need improvement here! Love their room. Spacious enough for 3 people. Housekeeping lady on the 8th floor so nice and always greet us. Room always clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay. There is eatries nearby, easy to find food and coffee. Overall, will be back again somewhere in august. Hope receptionist are more friendly towards foreign guests. If not, next time will change to hotel in beijing road. Xie xie

Smooth checked in. Like the room , is really clean and neat. The bed & pillow is super comfortable . Nearby a lot of eateries , however , the hotel a little far from the mrt station . Hence we use DD to travel most of the time which is fine.

The hotel is fairly new. Location is excellent. There are wholesale markets all are the hotel for bags & luggages. Fast food chains like Burger King, Pizza Hut, and McDonald’s all within close vicinity. The front desk staffs are very courteous and speaks English. The breakfast was ok consists of both local and continental. My flight arrived early at 6am and since rooms were able, I was able to check in at 10am without additional charges. The only drawback about the hotel that there are no safe lockers in rooms. Other than that I had a perfect stay at this hotel. Next time when I come back to Guangzhou, I would definitely stay here again.

Good points: Can walk to GZ railway station in 5-8 minutes; 10-20 minutes' drive away from most of the tourist attractions Buffet breakfast with many options and the food is delicious So glad that the special requests were entertained by the hotel The room is spacious and clean; High quality toiletries are provided To be improved: Approached the front desk for ride hailing assistance (because of the malfunctioning apps in my phone). However, we were not able to get on the reserved taxi due to the miscommunication between the staff member and the taxi driver. And we wasted 15 minutes waiting stupidly at the hotel front door. Staff members should undergo training about ride hailing. Overall, up to par. And would like to give a little compliment to Angela (front desk) for the smooth check-in and check-out and the prompt handling of inquiries.

I love this hotel so much , since I have been traveling to china Guangzhou. This is one of my best hotels and stays … great ambience, clean , awesome food I mean the breakfast is super … western and Chinese buffets , the gym etc its is also quiet no noise at all 👌 it’s right in front of the leather bag market it’s few minutes from every where honestly I will be returning to this hotel and also the front desk are so helpful and respectful

Very clean hotel room with good location. Great handbag shopping at the behind of the hotel.

Checking in was very slow, and the location on a busy road with few crossing points. Otherwise the hotel was nice, comfortable and very clean

Good stay if you want to stay nearby the markets. Otherwise location is bit frantic with not so nice environment. Facilities inside were great and beds were comfortable. Having a laundry possibilities is great for business travelers.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at both Hampton by Hiltons I stayed at in Guangzhou (the other was the sports center one). This one had a big leg up, over most Asian hotels actually, which is that the air conditioning was on! It was nice to sleep in a cool 18C :) The staff here was wonderful, for example immediately after I checked out I asked if there was a microwave to heat a leftover burger I had. I was taken to the restaurant and the desk staff heated the burger and allowed me to dine in the restaurant area while it was closed. This was greatly appreciated. Like the other Hampton hotel it seems quite new, has a very innovative light switch setup that I love, and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Location is a touch far from the metro but manageable and taxis are plentiful, walkable to nice areas including the amazing sculpture park and its attached parks. Note the Google maps location for the hotel is wrong, it's located in the large open space directly northeast of the Ziyuan Comprehensive Market shown on the attached screenshot. Enjoy!
