這輩子住過最差的酒店 和隔音效果最差的酒店！這個酒店沒有倒閉全託它旁邊廣州北站的福 趕車住這的人才讓它有生意！我晚上9點左右入住上3樓 開門的那下就猛然聽見電鑽的聲音 聲音四面八方來 像在你頭頂鑽 我還在想這麼晚了為什麼還在搞裝修 進門放東西剛躺下就聽見隔壁房間的人打了前台電話 上來一個阿姨跟她在反饋 説勞累一天想好好休息 但是電鑽聲音不斷 頭很痛 在安靜的晚上這麼突兀的時不時來一下 阿姨表示不信 你多聽聽哪裡傳來的 我聽阿姨跟她説半天我就開門走出去我也幫腔 我説真的有電鑽聲 那阿姨半信半疑安撫她並對我説美女你等下有電鑽聲你打電話下來 我就關門了 沒多久就又傳來電鑽聲 我想我一定要錄下來 免得酒店方不承認有電鑽聲 響起來我就趕緊抓緊錄 並且打電話給前台 然後無迴應 可能去交涉 但電鑽聲不斷 吵得很頭疼 酒店方一直無迴應 我沖出去房間門打開對着走廊喊誰這麼晚了還鑽 要死哦 酒店方那個阿姨站走廊口 聽我這麼喊於是過來敲門跟我解釋 説她們交涉無果 衹有幾個釘子了 需要打完 我很氣憤 這麼大的聲音整層聽得到 肯定不止我和旁邊兩個投訴 累一天都需要休息別人住酒店不是來這聽電鑽的 酒店有權去交涉並強硬一點要求停工 後續我關門 電鑽聲還在響 撥打電話前台不接 繼續打 問説我要換房間可以下樓去找她們換 意思是電鑽聲她們管不了 我説能換去哪聲音這麼大 我説要搞到幾點 她們説最遲11點 後續就是隔壁打電話聲音都聽得到 其他房間老年人聲音巨大 走廊上像菜市場 電鑽在11點才停 我圖便宜住這真是活該！

衞生極其不好，上一位客人的長頭髮床上地下都有、而且還有不小的蟑螂🪳活的、洗澡花灑噴頭出水忽冷忽熱極差。停車方便，前台服務態度很好。

説實話，體驗不好。看評價覺得好才訂的，結果是踩坑一族，住的三樓，房間下水味道太重了，開換氣扇太吵，不開薰得人衹想吐🤮🤮🤮，説是地鐵口，結果離地鐵口有1.5公里😓😓下次肯定是不再考慮了
