For rooms booked on the platform, a handling fee of 10% of the invoice amount is charged for invoicing. Other hotels just charge an extra fee. It's too unreasonable. Not suitable for business travelers.

Modern Chinese style decoration, clean and tidy, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas! Very close to the train station, 7 minutes walk to the station! The working staff are very polite! It is still OK for business trips!

Everything was fine. I booked a standard room because I was traveling alone. I didn't expect it to be quite big. It was just right for one person. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and the hotel with the worst soundproofing! The only reason this hotel didn't go bankrupt is because of the Guangzhou North Railway Station next to it. People who catch the train and stay here keep it busy! I checked in at around 9pm and went up to the 3rd floor. When I opened the door, I suddenly heard the sound of an electric drill. The sound came from all directions, as if drilling on top of your head. I was wondering why they were still doing renovations so late. I went in and put my things down and just lay down when I heard someone in the next room call the front desk. An auntie came up and gave her feedback, saying that she was tired all day and wanted to have a good rest, but the electric drill sound kept coming and her head was hurting. It was so abrupt in the quiet night, and it kept coming from time to time. The auntie said she didn't believe it and asked me to listen more and see where it came from. I listened to the auntie talking to her for a long time, so I opened the door and walked out. I also joined in and said that there really was a sound of an electric drill. The auntie comforted her half-heartedly and said to me, "Beauty, call me if you hear the sound of an electric drill later." I closed the door, and not long after, the sound of an electric drill came again. I thought I must record it, in case the hotel does not admit that there was a sound of an electric drill. When it sounded, I hurried to record it and called the front desk, but there was no response. I might have gone to negotiate, but the electric drill sound kept coming and it was very annoying. The hotel did not respond. I rushed out, opened the door of the room, and shouted to the corridor, "Who is drilling so late? You are going to die. The auntie from the hotel is standing at the entrance of the corridor After hearing me shouting, they came and knocked on the door to explain to me. They said that their negotiations had been fruitless and there were only a few nails left that needed to be hammered in. I was very angry. The whole floor could hear such a loud noise. It must be more than just me and the two people next to me who complained. We all need to rest after a tiring day. Others who stay in a hotel don’t come to listen to electric drills. The hotel has the right to negotiate and demand that the work be stopped in a tougher way. Later, I closed the door, but the sound of the electric drill was still ringing. I called the front desk but they didn’t answer the phone, so I continued to call. They said that if I wanted to change rooms, I could go downstairs to find them to change, meaning that they couldn’t do anything about the sound of the electric drill. I said where could I change to when the noise was so loud? I asked what time it would take, and they said 11 o’clock at the latest. Later, I could hear the phone calls from the neighbors, and the elderly in other rooms had loud voices. The corridor was like a vegetable market. The electric drill didn’t stop until 11 o’clock. I stayed here for the cheap price, so I deserved it!

The hygiene is extremely poor. The previous guest's long hair was all over the bed and floor, and there were also large live cockroaches. The shower head was very hot and cold. Parking is convenient and the front desk service attitude is very good.

I always stay here when I come back. I hope the hotel can flexibly provide a few rooms with hard beds for customers who need hard beds.

The house is probably quite old, and the sound insulation effect is not good. It feels like there is no door. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, there are convenience stores nearby, it is close to the station, and the transportation is convenient.
