Really good stay Cheep but worth much more. new, renovated or refurnished. Anyway it was pleasant stay. Front desk young man was really helpful and great attitude. Even they don't speak English, he did his best and used translator and due to late night check in was really friendly and always had a smile. 13 minutes walk from subway station, but nice and not hard to reach. Location is great if you have any business in Panyu district, rooms smells like cigarettes :( , don’t expect5 star service , no amenities. On the other side if you looking for value I paid 100 dollars for 3 nights
