The serviced apartment was underwhelming, for the price and brand, I expected it to live up to other 5 star places, but the room smelt a bit off and the a few of the amenities were partially broken.
Overall it was fine, just expected a bit more from a 5 star establishment

And then the deposit was more expensive than the normal five-star hotel in Guangzhou! If you have cash, give it in cash, otherwise, like me, I made so many phone calls and still haven't refunded my deposit! Except for a hotel in Hong Kong that refunded within 24 hours, other hotels were very quick. I don't know what happened. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation! I was given a mooncake coupon, but there was no stock and I was asked to pay the postage! It's really amazing
