We stayed at the 3 bedroom service apartment for 1 week. Big and spacious. The Dry kitchen with appliances was great for family usage. Staff service was prompt and good.
However, the Timber flooring was not in very good condition. Not safe for children running around. We have used the bathroom rubber rug to temporary cover up the defective area. Can see from the photo as attach.
Overall, it was a good experience.

- comfortable bed.
- helpful staff
- share facilities with W hotel next door
Cons
- Shower head water pressure is a little low.
- renovation going on, banging sound that woke me up every day around 9am.
- swimming pool & gym is pretty basic and small.
Overall great stay for group of friends or family as they have big common space ( living room ) and room.

I returned to this hotel after a year. Driving alone in the rain, with my luggage, so many memories...
The service was excellent. Thank you Ctrip for your help. Ctrip is incredibly reliable. I'm a fan, I'll use Ctrip forever. This hotel apartment also gave me many memories. It's my favorite.
