We were a family of 4, visiting from HK. Since the main agenda for us was to visit Chimelong Circus and Safari, we gave this hotel a try.
Prior to the visit, I already took the hotel number from the staff. It is 1800 222 9711. I pinged them on WeChat and they gave me a video of how to reach from GZ South Station to the hotel. It was very useful, and just 5 mins walk. The subway station is also next to it
The reception is at 27/f, and I booked the B-Duck theme room. The room had all the facilities, and a tent for kids. Just that I felt, there could have been more wardrobes to keep our clothes, but anyways
As mentioned in other reviews, Police came to verify our identity immediately after check-in. I believe it is for everyone's safety, so I am happy. The process though was very smooth. The officials asked for our travel documents, and left after 15 mins
The breakfast was ok. We are Vegetarians, so a bit tough for us. There were different kinds of breads, croissants, Veg and fruit salad bar and ready to eat noodles for us. Also a coffee machine and juice counter.
Since it was Xmas, the staff gave the kids goodie bags, and the kids were very happy.
The staff is warm and nice.
A suggestion to the hotel: Please keep some hot Veg preparations for breakfast e.g. stir fried veggies, or pan cakes, waffles etc.

Hotel overall is good specially the restaurant. The drinks counter is also nice. But the staffs are not very friendly and none knows English. Also a simple room service where we asked for a Fork cannot be provided. Location is near to south station but if you have luggage’s better to get a taxi with ride time of 5min.

The hotel boasts a modern and sophisticated design, complemented by a top-notch bar offering a variety of drinks. The proximity of the hotel to the train station ensures convenient transportation, although the journey to the city center takes approximately 45 minutes. While the gym may be compact, it provides a pleasant view. The scenic vistas are truly breathtaking and create a delightful ambiance for an extended stay of a couple of days.

Looks like the hotel is brand new. Very stylish design, modern feeling. I like it.
Staff were very friendly, albeit limited English. But they weren't shy to use translation APP.
Nice breakfast.
The only negatives were a quite small room (at least the one I booked), and quite a long walk from the Metro/train station, with the last part outside.

Very friendly, beautiful views and clean hotel. Good in house breakfast. The surroundings were fenced due to constructions. How to get to hotel from GZ south station: get out of the GZSouth main entrance, turn right and get to Exit G tunnel, exit from H2, walk 5 mins. AI room. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommended.

New and clean building. Great staffs. Best base location to go across China or across Guangzhou. Less than 5 minutes walk to Guangzhounan rail station where one can hope on the high speed rail or the metro.
