This stay was a very bad experience. The hotel started renovation work at 8 o'clock in the morning. The sound of electric drilling and hammering continued, and it was impossible to rest at all. As a guest, I understand that the hotel needs to maintain its facilities, but it is inappropriate to choose to start the work in the early morning without informing you in advance. The noise problem did not stop until noon, which disrupted my entire morning's itinerary and left me physically and mentally exhausted.

I was taking an exam nearby and I was so sleepy that I temporarily opened an hourly room to rest. As a result, I felt an itch on my back while I was sleeping. I saw it was a cockroach. I woke up instantly and there was a cockroach on the bed sheet. . . . . . Too bad,

1. I put up a Do Not Disturb sign and told the front desk that cleaning was not required, but the cleaning staff still came into the room to clean. 2.
