The room is spacious and clean. It is basically a smart room and lightings and curtains can be controlled remotely. The staff are friendly and helpful and help us to set up the wifi as we did not have a China hp number.

Great location right next to metro. Excellent staff, specially Ms Moon who went out of her way to provide us with a great stay. Her knowledge of the city and English is very good which made life very easy for us. Have found the perfect stay in Guangzhou.

Very clean and modern facilities; the most helpful staffers you can ever have! City subway available nearby, making city visit or airport trips a breeze. Definitely will be back again
when visit Guangzhou!

I love this hotel. We don't speak Mandarin, but the workers were so helpful. We stayed for 8 nights, got to know the staff. Leo was 10/10. The cleaning lady on 9th floor was the best and the general cleaning lady was so so sweet, we would briefly converse during breakfast time or in the elevator. The free laundry was helpful during travels, and the breakfast has great variety. The late night snack came in handy a few times. Highly recommend.

Really good service. All the staff is helpful and kindness and the hotel do offer free supper! It’s nearby subway station and some local restaurants. But don’t expect it’s have a lot restaurants there. Overall we have a great experience here, superb!

Hi, we stayed at citigo for 1 month and it was fantastic, even if the rooms are bit small but they are very clean with good furniture and linens, shower and bathroom are very clean, the hotel has washing machines and dryers facilities so you actually can do you own laundry, the reception staff are great and hepfull even the housekeeping ladies always waited for us to leave the room to clean it and never distrub us in weekends.
the hotel location is in centre to many areas and very close to metro station which makes our movemenr very easy
we will for sure be back again whenever we are in Guangzhou
