There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

The hotel is clean but it's old. Old furniture. At the beginning I thought it was nice when it smelled of jasmine tea everywhere, including my room. A few minutes later this started to annoy me, I couldn't smell anything around me but that jasmine. I had to open all windows and turn on a fan, then it helped. The ladies at reception don't smile, it's ok maybe they're busy, but they also don't greet you when you enter the hotel. Also they asked me to fill some paper for foreigners, it's ok, it took me a couple of minutes but other hotels NEVER asked me to do that, so why does your hotel need that then? I liked the location, very close to a beautiful shopping mall, subway and lots of restaurants around. Also, the room was quite spacious and with an unusual layout, but they need to renovate their hotel, that's for sure.

We live on a high floor, very quiet, the hotel layout is an old-fashioned hotel but it has been renovated, not too old, the area is large enough, the supplies are complete, the hot water and air conditioning are in place, the service is good, and the hotel staff are in good spirits , Clean in time, and deliver what you need right away. The bedding is also ok, and the stay is quite comfortable. For this price, it is very cost-effective, better than most express hotels.

Thanks to Ctrip for recommending the hotel. First of all, the location is very good, with Taikoo Hui and Wanlinghui nearby. , as well as Zhengjia Plaza and other fun places for shopping and fun. Secondly, the hotel's newly upgraded room facilities are very new, fully furnished, and the room layout is perfect. It is elegant without losing the mood. The hygiene is also very clean. The room also has voice-activated audio. The guest control function is really convenient, and the breakfast is also very good. The buffet breakfast has more than 20 kinds of dishes, which makes you feel like you are at home. It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!

Good for family. We got an upgrade upon arrival. They gave us a shower tub for the baby which was good. Thumbs up to Nick Xian and Johnny, they are very helpful and very good to interact with. One down thing is the breakfast that is similar everyday and also the room is not soundproof, so you will hear the sound of the car passing. Another thing to note is the washing machine, you can wash and dry your clothes. Location is near the Tianhe shopping mall.

Because I am traveling during the winter vacation, it is difficult to book a hotel. I stayed here for one night. The environment is as shown in the picture. I think the sanitary conditions are average and the facilities are average. One good thing is that right in front of the hotel is a hotpot restaurant (which looks good) with a long queue. Within two minutes of walking out of the hotel, you can see many restaurants with all kinds of tastes. (I'm glad I only need to stay one night)
