Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

It is a wonderful option to stay in Guangzhou. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located a few meters from the pedestrian street and that gives it a privileged location to move around on foot. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am and there are good Chinese and Western menu options. Just note that it is no longer a hotel operated by Holliday inn but is now called Voco.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

The hotel room and walkway llooks to be very new ,probably just done major renovation. Rooms are very spacious, we can open up 2 x big luggages and there is still plenty of room to walk. The metro is a 5 mins walk in front of the hotel. Around the both corners there are plenty of nice cantonese restaurant at very reasonable price open past 10pm. Level 7 is massage center that is very reasonable and we had a good massage. Will definitely come back again.

9 of us stayed the property for 9N10D in 6 rooms. Though it's amenities area no where near a full fledged hotel, the stay was pleasant with very helpful and friendly front desk. Rooms were neat and tidy albeit dated. It's value for money. Walking distance to zhujiang Riverside, 2 metro and a walking street.

I had a tight schedule and didn't check in until the evening. The hotel called me in advance to confirm the check-in status and was very attentive. The hotel is newly opened, and all facilities are very new. It is equipped with USB and type C power supplies, which can be directly plugged in for charging, which is very convenient. The toilet and bathroom in the room are separated from wet and dry, and the wash basin is located in an open space. The layout of the room is more suitable for couples, because there is no place to put towels and clothes in the shower room, so you need to get naked and get dressed. If you live with friends, then It seems very embarrassing. I hope this problem can be improved, but the overall comfort is very satisfactory. The reservation included breakfast. It was quite late when we arrived at the restaurant, with only 20 minutes left, and some of the food was sold out. The kitchen supervisor responsible for cooking pasta would help arrange food delivery so that we could seize the time to eat, and would also care about whether the food was enough and timely. Hotel experience, the food tastes very good overall, even the children enjoyed it very much. I am very grateful to this hotel. Both the front desk and the restaurant staff are very friendly to the guests. They try their best to meet the guests' needs and provide considerate service. I will definitely come back to this hotel full of human touch next time.

My stay was pleasant . Location is excellent this best point for me. Room also very good. Breakfast not so much. They could do a simple fried egg one side cooked neither have some bacon . Toaster also was not working properly so wasted a lot of time making a toast . After 5 days trip this became very tyring. It’s more of a Chinese type of breakfast which is a bit of a shame. Nevertheless I rate hotel with a 4. It’s pretty good option . I will return I think.

It is very convenient to go to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. We walked slowly and received us. I don’t know if it’s the boss. Very enthusiastic, The only downside is that the hot water supply time is not long. If you take a bath, you have to wash it quickly, otherwise there will be no hot water, and you have to wait for 15-20 minutes.

Excellent location. Do note that if booking Didi from airport, the hotel is called 美居, cost approx RMB50-60 including toll. Room has smart TV, good shower and aircon. Passenger lift is often spoilt or very slow. When we checked out today, all 4 passenger lifts were not working, everyone in the hotel had to use the one and only cargo lift and it was chaotic and stressful for those of us catching flights. We were on level 15 and had to plead passengers to squeeze and make room for our luggages in the cargo lift, one of us then walked down the stairs. Staff 米朵was most helpful with recommended dining locations.

打掃衞生阿姨眼裡就衹有客人的紙箱子是吧。我專門放垃圾的袋子，放在床邊兩天沒人收拾。第二天早上才拿着袋子問我這能拿走嗎。放在床邊裏面裝滿了泡沫泡沫紙的紙箱子24小時不到就被“勤勞的”打掃走了🤣。前一天晚上怕阿姨早上拿走我還專門把一包濕廁紙放在箱子的泡沫紙上。第二天一聽到打掃衞生的聲音就出來，一看箱子還是沒了。阿姨還有心思跟我吵架🤣🤣。好刁鑽啊大姐，我的泡沫紙你倒是還回來啊🤣口口聲聲不是賣紙箱子的，那怎麼泡沫紙就扔了紙箱子就不扔啊🤲🏻🤣

I'm very satisfied with the price. It's a newly opened hotel, so the room is still very clean and bright. It's just that the room is small, but it's very close to the attractions. It's no problem to walk back after playing! It’s almost done after crossing Haizhu Bridge. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. Highly recommended.

一開始看到是在周圍樓房好像老城區那裡，就感覺可能被坑了，看外表也覺得平平無奇，但是一進到裏面覺得很温暖，比我想象的好很多哈哈哈哈，走廊也乾淨整潔，我這個房算性價比比較高的了，房間裏很整潔温馨，沒有破破爛爛啥的，東西也很齊全。前台小姐姐服務也很好，很温柔。覺得唯一不好的點就是隔音差吧，外面走廊經過清掃的阿姨也一清二楚，半夜隔壁敲門聲又讓我以為敲的是我們的嚇飛了，隔壁房間關門開門其實是聽得見的，六點多的時候被外面貓叫聲吵醒了，又別的客人陸陸續續出門也吵，不能説他們很大聲吧，衹能説隔音是真差，別的覺得都挺好的
