The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

To avoid the peak period of Chinese New Year, I chose to book Sofitel yesterday, I don’t like too many people. I made the right decision I think . Generally the check in speed is fast, my room was allocated on high floor with the tower view. The room is comfortable and the service there is good. Will be back soon

Excellent service, location, and amenities. Full view of the hotel pool and the lovely city from my room on the 11th floor. Great breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. Just a 1-minute walk from Tiyu Xi Lu metro station. Will definitely come back again!

Amazing location. Several major shopping malls nearby and at least 3 major stations are within walking distance Excellent recreational facilities - Lovely indoor pool with a decent enough length to do some laps in - well equipped gym - good sauna/steam and jacuzzi facilities Rooms outdated - the bedside light switches are between the wall and the bedside table, my hands got caught several times - lack of modern touches such as USB C ports , smart lighting and curtain functions Food - quality could be better - lacks finesse - breakfast range is substandard - Cocktails are good

I am very satisfied with the clean and tidy room. The bed is dry. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. The key is that there are two pillows. One is soft and the other is slightly hard. When I came to Guangzhou before, I stayed in Linhexi and I was familiar with it. When I was looking for a hotel this time, I found that a new one had opened here and the price was right, so I wanted to stay and try it out. The International Trade Center is on the left after exit A of Linhexi Subway Station. The front desk is on the first floor and the hotel is on the sixth floor. The transportation is really convenient. Not only is there a subway station downstairs, but there is also a bus station next to it. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is just a stop away from the airport on Line 3. The service attitude is good and the sanitation is also good. The selected bright room is more than 20 square meters and has everything you need. It was the marble wall on the glass side of the washbasin that leaked. When I first moved in and entered the room, I put my makeup bag on the countertop and it got wet inside and out. Later, I asked the cleaning lady and she said that this problem did exist. All in all, it was a successful new hotel experience. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guangzhou.

Great location as it’s near enough to Guangzhou east railway but far enough away to have a mall and lots of food choices. Small but comfortable room. Very noisy at night a lot of people coming and going. But still a cheap but good choice if you need to stay one night before going somewhere else. Wouldn’t stay longer.

Location is superb if your traveling a lot between Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Its within a Killometer from The railway station The hotel has a 200rmb deposit for small rooms which must be paid on sight and refunded on checkout and the rooms are pretty old school. But if you are tired and just need a place to get some rest this is place is recomended.

Advantages: Excellent location, 15 minutes walk from the station. The room is spacious and soundproofed. Hardware accessories are great, smart toilet, shower quality is good. Free laundry, self-service luggage storage cabinet, self-service free coffee machine. These are all plus points. Disadvantages: Twin room. The bed is a bit small and feels like no 1.2 meters. Need to improve: There is no place to put the used towel and bath towels. It is recommended that merchants prepare accessories such as bamboo rafts.

Hotel room air conditioning they locked the function….you opened the air con then only provided heat but unable to control the temperature which made me sweat all night…..l even paid for more than Sheraton but l can’t slept well and don’t have control for the air conditioning which is totally ********.
