The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was cold in Guangzhou. She helped turn on the air conditioner in advance before checking in. She was also very friendly to children. It was a great check-in experience!

The room is pretty good, and the clerk's service attitude is also very good. We were upgraded to a room with a window for free. Lisa Mian is also very close, and it is not far to walk there. If you are driving, you can contact the clerk to park at the hotel entrance. Otherwise, you have to walk for more than ten minutes to get back to the hotel after driving, because they are all one-way streets.

I think this is the best hotel in Guangzhou. Very clean, very quiet, excellent location, behind the barrier. The bed is luxurious, the toilet is smart, there are plenty of towels and small accessories. Smart system in the room, but this is for those who know Chinese. The view from the window is gorgeous. You can't see anyone from the window, only the city and the river. Ask for the farthest room from the elevator. Spacious room. Roof fire. The staff is at maximum speed, running, helping, fussing. Breakfast is Chinese, there is nothing to eat, but you can make yourself oatmeal or order soup. The most important thing is that it does not smell like cigarettes!!! At all! Perfect. Some kind of creative place around. Art space.

The hotel is located in a very serene environment. It is one of the many well preserved and architecturally beautiful buildings found here. One cannot help should one dwelled into its nostalgic past. It is convenient to go places from here as Didi service are readily available . The facilities here met ones expectation, especially it's self service laundry facility, which is user friendly. The hotel restaurants serve both western and oriental cuisines and we thoroughly enjoyed the Dim Sum served by its Chinese restaurant. I cannot find fault with the services rendered by the hotel staffs from the room services level up to the manager. We were offered one free breakfast voucher each because there was a two hours plus power cut during one of the nights during our stay. A nice gesture indeed. I must especially mention one front line staff, Niki 黄, her very warm, and charming personality is most appreciated. I seem to have forgotten all the tiredness and disappointments of the day whenever I bump into Niki upon returning to the hotel from an excursion. Thank you Niki, 加油。 I definitely will check into this hotel again should I visit Guangzhou again.
Yizhi Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Rainbow Bridge Subway Station)

The twin room booked online just in time for the opening of the hotel, so it was full of joy. Facilities: Check-in at the end of March 2024. The hotel is brand new. The room has Xiaodu voice-controlled TV, lighting, air conditioning, etc. There are also corresponding buttons. You can watch TV series from Central Channel 1 to Central Channel 13, as well as TV series from various places, including Hunan TV, Henan, Hebei, Guangdong, and cartoons, etc., all of which are free to watch. Cleanliness: Very clean, the room windows are large and very bright. The guest room aunt also changes the necessary items in the room every day. Environment: There are many restaurants around, and the hotel is right at the exit of Rainbow Bridge. The location is great. There is a restaurant at the subway entrance that makes thin rice noodles fried in a pot. It is only open at night and is delicious. There are two roads in front and behind the hotel selling food. Xihua Road has snail noodles, Cantonese desserts, shrimp wonton noodles, and oysters for $15 each. On the street behind there are countless Northeastern siomai, Guilin rice noodles, and pancakes. Service: Breakfast is provided, the front desk provides warm hospitality, the cleaning aunt works hard, and the front desk can issue invoices. Looking forward to your next stay!

The location is convenient and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The lobby and room design looked modern. However cleaning could improve- there were stain ( still wet ) left on the coffee table in the room. The hallway and elevator looked a bit worn. I wish the lights in the room could be brighter. Breakfast had reasonable options and the taste were ok, but the coffee machine didn’t work. the floor in the breakfast room was very slippery- felt like it was oily. Definitely need some serious cleaning. Service was good from all the staff that we met.
