I didn’t remember to take pictures~ The store arranged a new room for us, so we stayed for an extra day because of a sudden heavy rain. Hayao Miyazaki themed. The children are very fond of the two turtles on the bed. On rainy days, we used his projection to watch a lot of dramas. Ordering takeout is simple and convenient. There are Lego sets for children at the door of the room. Although there is only one bathroom, it is enough. Overall it's clean and comfortable. It's much better than a standard room in a hotel. It's very cost-effective.

Needed a hotel for a night stay near the railway station and this was the perfect location for us - only a 10 mins walk to the railways station which was super convenient for us. The hotel provided all the amenities we need and the robot which delivered our food delivery to our room was such a great help. Bed was comfy as well. Only thing is that there is no sheltered drop off point, so we had to walk in the rain after our cab driver dropped us in front of the hotel. Hotel is near a night market, worth visiting. Will stay again!

Service: Whether it is the front desk, event venue, restaurant, or room service, the staff we encountered were very enthusiastic. I would like to thank brother Wu*zhi and his helping lady. Each activity was explained in detail. He is also very patient with noisy children! Some aunts may be too embarrassed to say hello for fear of disturbing tourists. I personally think they can be more proactive and show the resort's warm hospitality image, haha. The resort uses a butler service, with smooth communication and prompt response! I booked a duplex room in Chunxiangshe. Children's toothpaste is provided in the room. It is recommended that parent-child rooms be equipped with a small stool so that children can reach the sink. Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the park and guest rooms is great! There is no garbage visible to the naked eye, and there are a few trash cans. It is recommended that one or two more trash cans be provided near the event venue.
