It is on the edge of the Pearl River. The walking path along the Pearl River in the morning is very suitable for exercise. The tall banyan trees allow you to see them at a glance. I feel that Guangzhou is very pleasant and suitable for living. It is very convenient to travel around. It is about 1 kilometers away from Dilujiang subway station. There are several hotels nearby where Guangzhou locals go to eat and have local Guangzhou characteristics. However, it may be difficult during the Chinese New Year. The service is a little bit worse. I don't like the hotel opposite. The morning tea I had about 500 meters away from the hotel at noon today was very good. The sister at the front desk of the hotel where I stayed was very helpful. I originally booked a room by the corridor window, but she upgraded me to a deluxe room with a view outside the window. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. It was the first time I ordered online and received a breakfast coupon. I had a very good meal both days.

Although it is said to be a youth hostel, the configuration is not like a youth hostel at all. First of all, this hotel is located next to Zhongda Station. It is a short walk and you can visit the Pearl River, Canton Tower and other scenic spots. The transportation is very convenient. The attitude of the front desk is really good. Not only did they repeatedly confirm the check-in, they also reminded many things to pay attention to. Necessary help is provided. The facilities in the hotel are all available. I booked a six-person room. The environment is very good. The quality of the people staying with me is also very good. There is no noise. Everyone is a high-quality person. The bathroom is also very good. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will consider this hotel first when I come to Guangzhou next time.

When I entered the hotel, the waiter greeted me politely and helped me carry my suitcase. Because I had a lot of luggage, I also took the initiative to hand me a bottle of water because I happened to be thirsty. These actions were very heartwarming and my service attitude really impressed me, because I came here early and was a bit tired. The room was not ready for check-in yet. The front desk staff took the initiative to upgrade me to a room type (zero-pressure room). After checking in, the staff helped me carry my suitcase and sent me to the room. The room was clean and hygienic. There is no odor, the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the room layout and equipment are quite new. There are nearly 30 types of breakfast, including boiled, steamed, fried, stir-fried, and hot milk and freshly ground soy milk, all suitable for my taste buds. The hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and rich surrounding attractions and commercial facilities, providing us with a convenient travel experience. We will come back if necessary in the future.

If you stay at the Kaifeng Hotel inside Sun Yat-sen University, you can freely enter and exit the campus countless times without making an appointment. The TV in the room plays short films of the school, and the magazine on the desk is the academic calendar, which is full of humanities. The atmosphere, the river view room also has a balcony, and you can vaguely see the upper half of the Canton Tower. From the school entrance, follow the pedestrian walk along the Pearl River, all the way to the Canton Tower. The room is also large, hygienic and clean, the hotel is very new, and the front desk service is also very good. nice!

Very good amenities and clean rooms. The bed is very comfortable with a good selection of pillow to choose from. The breakfast was also decent. Location is good with many small eateries and subway station near by. Overall a good experience.

The guy at the reception wasnt friendly, asked for deposit while this wasnt said in my vaucher or anywhere in description. He also didn’t speak English, so it took him long time to explain what he wants from me. It was quite cold outside (+7 degrees) and when I entered my room the balcony was open and it was cold inside as well:( Although in general the room was cozy, clean and nice.

Toilet is clogged, but they solve immediately after we inform customer service. Front desk staff is helpful and especially morning shift staff who handling on breakfast food. They serve and offer whatever they could. Breakfast is nice. Overall it's a pleasant stay for us as couple. And it's recommended as well who looking for budget hotel.

The place was easy enough to find and the landlord or person we spoke to was extremely helpful. I loved the decor which was one of the reasons I booked this place. It was very clean and well kept. The apartment itself was quite for the most part but no sleeping in past 9 since construction in the surrounding area begins as well as some construction in a near by room. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book here again next time I’m in town. The price is also reasonable.
