I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

Close to shops and a large variety of food such as many Chinese restaurants and small eateries plus many western food take away brands. McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway and Taco Bell and more. So great location to stay as lots of convenient shops around you. Staff do their best to help with the aid of translator language apps. Rooms have everything you could need including washing machines. Service each day and 2 bottles of water. Only negative was the internet was not usable even with staff help it would not work in our rooms on 7th and 9th floor. Buy a Chinese phone sim to use internet is best choice. Would stay here again for its closeness to all key things including a few nearby massage shops if you have been walking all day at the Canton Fair. They also provide a free bus to and from canton fair if that is why you are staying here. Last point is excellent water pressure showering 😀

The location of the hotel is superior. It is only 200 meters away from the subway station. There are all kinds of snacks and Cantonese cuisine at the door. I brought my baby to Guangzhou for fun. I wanted to stay in a hotel where I can see my waist. Star-rated hotels are really too expensive. I found several B&Bs that were pretty good. I chose this one because it has two rooms and a large bathroom. The living room, the price of 800 is really not expensive, this is the center of Guangzhou! We came during the off-season and made a reservation one day in advance. Friends who come during the peak season must make a reservation in advance! This room is on the 23rd floor, and the view is great, but you have to walk to the window to see the complete tower. Don't book the room below the tenth floor, because the view is not good. I took some photos I like and am satisfied with my stay!
