Front Desk staff is top service, housekeeping lady that clean my room, thank you so much for the hand writing note.Concierge staff, doesn’t feel like helping traveller like us. I want to thank front desk for helping me and assisting on my request. Here are the major negative thing that i personally feel 1. Centralized A/C which is too hot even though i have switch to the lowest degree with cool high air. 2. Window too dusty as i was told to open the window if is too hot and stuffy 3. Shower top needs to change as the rubber tip turn brownish and water shooting from different direction 4. Breakfast expenses need to pay on the spot and not able to settle upon departure 5. Lift is alittle scary to me even though is safe. The lift have not completely stop and the door open. Overall, staffs is good but hotel is kinda old.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I had a ankle fractured and they really treated me very good . Staff was very much cooperative. Location is good and you can find plenty of options for food . The dine in food was good too . Should try . Specially the mashroom/ham spaghetti and nasi goreng. Cheers !!! Overall very good experience

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The environment here is very peaceful and comfortable. The food and beverages in the hotel are also very good. I especially recommend their breakfast, which is very delicious. a variety of. Jacey at the front desk of the hotel is also very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The employees always greet us with a smile, which makes us feel very friendly. The cleaning of the room was also very good. The location of the hotel is very good, right on the river and the scenery is very beautiful. River view room is a good choice~

Excellent service and renovated during covid. The pool is not heated and is cold. There’s a spa there for massages and it’s convenient . It’s across the street from Guangzhou east so it’s super convenient.

The place is good and comfortable. Convenience store is just opposite to the hotel. You can buy anything that you want. The room have kitchen and can cook what you want to eat. Unfortunately, no pan or wok provided.

Asia international hotel, This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

The hotel stay was fantastic! One of the best and most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. It was huge and a family of 4 could stay comfortably. Wanted to get a day bed for my daughter but she was comfortable sleeping on the huge sofa. The facilities were complete and staff was great and help was given whenever it was needed. Every time my cab arrived at the hotel there was definitely someone opening the door for us.

Several major shopping malls nearby and at least 3 major stations are within walking distance Excellent recreational facilities - Lovely indoor pool with a decent enough length to do some laps in - well equipped gym - good sauna/steam and jacuzzi facilities Rooms outdated - the bedside light switches are between the wall and the bedside table, my hands got caught several times - lack of modern touches such as USB C ports , smart lighting and curtain functions Food - quality could be better - lacks finesse - breakfast range is substandard - Cocktails are good
