I booked a family room with two double beds for three adults. However, to our disappointment that it was only good for people of the same sex because of its too open design. There was no separate bathroom. The partitions for the shower compartment and the toilet compartment were all made of transparent glasses which allow no privacy. Besides, there was no changing space in the compact open bathroom and you have to walk naked to access the towels in a shelf and get dressed outside the ”bathroom” - embarrassed.

The sign outside the hotel is in Chinese, not the international name as shown on the app (when we go to the reception we see the same name as on the app), it is also difficult for foreigners like us to find the hotel. No one at the hotel can communicate in English, only speak Chinese and google translate. Because we are foreigners, the hotel check-in process is quite long, but I personally feel very careful, thorough, and secure, because the hotel side carefully checks passports and portraits taken on the spot. . There is also a backup charging station at the reception (4 yuan/piece). Very convenient! The hotel lights are yellow, so it feels dim. The room is ok, clean, someone comes in to clean every day. Every day you are given 2 bottles of mineral water. TV only has domestic cable, cannot use wifi. The hotel's wifi only allows QR codes to be scanned, but when I use apps like wechat, I can't access it. I don't know if it's because I'm a foreigner. But on the phone, pressing direct access can still access wifi. However, wifi blocks foreign apps, only Chinese apps can be used. The lights in the room were also yellow and dim, making makeup a bit difficult. The bathroom has hot water, but you have to wait quite a while. As for the bathroom door, it's a bit difficult to use. When you pull one side, it opens on the other side 😅 The mattress and blanket are very soft, sleeping very well. Room amenities are complete and very good.
