I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back! 

The hotel was really lovely, it was clean. Our air conditioner had a problem and as soon as we informed the hotel the fixed is immediately . I the rooms we very big really worth the money. It was easy to find The stuff spoke English which we highly appreciated .

The only drawback is that the breakfast buffet is a bit perfunctory, with not many varieties. The curry fish eggs and fried noodles are extremely salty, and the cakes are too sweet. So we didn’t buy additional breakfast coupons for our two children, and went directly to the McDonald’s at the door to pack breakfast for them.

It is also very convenient to take a taxi here for ten yuan and you can go directly to Tianhou Palace. The sanitary environment is also better than the World Trade Center. It is not too far to walk 1.6 kilometers from Ming Kee Restaurant to the hotel, but there is a lack of lighting in some parts of the village road at night. There seems to be some characteristic murals in the village, so you can walk around. It is more convenient to buy fruits and snacks nearby, and the price of hotel meals is also reasonable. Insufficient, there is no non-slip mat in the shower, there is no door at the location of the washbasin, and there is no place for changing clothes in the shower, that is, changing clothes in a public space, which is very inconvenient for parent-child travel.
