酒店地理位置優越、江景美麗、停車方便，但前台工作人員態度冷漠、缺少熱情，早餐的工作人員在扎堆大聲聊天、説笑，客房的淋浴間下水不暢。

大晚上房間裏面一直甲殼蟲在房間裏面撞來撞去，還有一些小飛蟲。嚴重懷疑酒店消殺有沒有做到位，反正一晚上沒有睡好覺。住這邊也沒有更好的選擇，隨便蠻住了

第一次在光澤縣住下，餐廳和保潔阿姨、還有前台的服務人員，很熱情的！雖然酒店的硬件設施略微有些陳舊，晚間的燈光還是很漂亮的，夜間噪音也不大，停車免費！繼續加油！

位置挺好，就是晚上燈光暗，路邊樹木遮擋，有點難找。房間不錯，晚上一個人也不會寂寞，有兩衹蜘蛛陪伴。

在攜程上訂酒店，已經好久好久沒有需要按金的。需要按金就算了，退房時的查房又不及時，一個勁地讓人等着。最後服務差真的不想忍，訂雙人間給了單人間的房卡；同事到了重新錄入房卡，結果一張靈一張不行；最後退房速度慢，前台人員還辱罵住客。真的真的不希望再次入住！

定的豪華套房做結婚用，還是可以的很大，環境也好，乾淨衞生，就是晚上對面有人唱歌會吵，停了就安靜了，靠河邊風口，風大。我定的日子好，剛好很多人結婚，好幾個新娘出嫁
