Hygiene: It's worrying. As soon as you get out of the elevator, the floor is very dirty. The floor of the room is dirty, the ashtray has not been emptied, and there are large patches of sugar water on the table that have not been wiped. I went downstairs and found the front desk staff who said they were answering the phone, but the call was connected but no one answered. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The sheets and pillows were very soft. I had a good sleep all night. When I woke up, I happened to be on the floor where we lived for free. It's rare to have such a great experience with breakfast. I will stay here next time I have a chance to pass by. I hope that the hotel will get better and better and be filled with guests!
