How to put it this way, since I travel frequently for business every month, I stay in a lot of hotels. The service attitude at the front desk of this hotel is really appalling.
Environmental sanitation, etc. are pretty good...

住了近10年鳳凰酒店了 每次來廣都會入住，之前對甘肅人還有專門的折扣，看着酒店設施慢慢變舊 ，這次訂的房間甚至床中間也是踏的 ，牆紙各種開裂，蟑螂也有 ，希望酒店管理人員能趕緊重裝一下吧 ，不然對不起這個價格和這麼好的地理位置～

這次入住體驗是這麼多年最差的一次，感覺上當受騙一樣。本人做酒店的非常理解酒店人的不容易，一般都不會差評或挑剔，但這次我真的是很生氣。孩子的婚事回老家給親家母一行十人定的酒店，孩子小時候在廣元老城生活過所以選擇了老城，一開始定的廣元賓館，後面現場去看了房間感覺很舊異味很大所以換去這個鳳凰酒店，當時也現場看了房間，前台工作人員告訴我免費停車，房間八樓很新都是才裝修過的，我看了也確實還行就立即退了廣元賓館定了他們五個大床房。但是一週後三號當天四點多入住的時候門崗告訴我們車停不了黃金週你們愛住不住就是不能停車態度很惡劣我們想到黃金週嘛停車可以理解就忍了，上到房間後女兒下來告訴我她十幾年沒有住過這麼差的酒店，房間又臟又臭傢俱牆紙到處起翹完全沒法住，我當時就不相信趕忙跑到他們住的13樓去看，結果一點不誇張，那個房間跟我當時看的完全不是一回事兒臟醜舊的不忍目睹（後悔沒有拍照）。講到這裏我依然很是生氣。立即到前台要求換房，結果前台説沒房了不住你們可以退。態度之差全程沒有一點歉意更不要説笑臉了。那個時候我們找熟人問了很多酒店都沒有房間了。衹能將就住了一晚上，在我的再三要求下第二天換到了十一樓。原來他們十三樓是頂樓由於漏雨房間全是漏雨造成的潮濕發黴牆紙起翹，平時他們都不怎麼賣的黃金週弄出來糊弄客人。這個酒店的管理和培訓簡直太糟糕了，難道連最基本的誠信經營理念都不講嗎？難道出了問題都不給客人賠禮道歉的嗎？難道搞服務的工作人員都沒有接受過培訓不知道微笑禮貌待客嗎。我們在酒店逗留了三天沒有一個工作人員有笑臉，沒有一個人能主動問好，和我們交流的時候沒有一個人做到微笑注視我們交流。這種酒店還能生存多久。説這麼多就想告訴大家避免今後才坑。
