一進城門不遠的小巷子裏面，古建築很有年代感，僻靜，環境幽雅，乾淨衞生。之前去古城時到辜家大院遊覽，心想要是能住在裏面就好了，這次就真的實現了！！

庭院挺有氛圍感的，就是屋內設施稍微差點，特別是淋浴，晚上其他房間的住客太吵了也沒人提示下。希望店家可以提高下，會擁有更多回頭客的！

兩次入住，疫情前一次，印象深刻，所以今年暑假帶家人再次入住。400年的老宅，很有歷史的厚重感，但經營者的態度和情商白瞎了這座老宅！態度生硬，各種應付，住宿好像是求宿於他，沒有服務意識。各位朋友，老宅值得看，進去拍拍照很好。但住宿就算了，設施完全會讓很多人失望。

非常有特點的民宿，環境非常好，出行方便，由於是暑假，遊客多，在服務細節上再提升一些就更好了，比如早餐餐桌及時打掃，便於後面來的客人有個乾淨的就餐環境

大院説是歷史悠久，位置在東門瞻鳳城樓附近，屬於鬧中取靜，還有景點介紹牌，比較好找。就是城內不能走車行李不太好拖。小院子佈置的古樸愜意，跟環境相得益彰。白天，夜晚景色都好看，非常適合三五好友喝茶聊天打牌發呆。至於房間偏小，設施簡陋，也都在能接受範圍內，因為畢竟不能既要又要，既然追求的就是小院的古樸寧靜，那就不能要求太多。總體還是比較滿意，推薦。

入住前打電話諮詢停車，沒人接，衹能上網自己查停車和步行到店路線，當然客棧也就沒人提前聯繫來接或幫忙拿行李，入住後院二層的房間，當然也沒有人幫我們拿行李上這老房又舊又陡又窄的小樓梯，進房間後，摸哪哪都是灰，總之感受很差，不建議大家衝著什麼400年老宅來住。

多年前來過，對這種古建築情有獨鍾，這次又帶了老老小小都來入住。環境確實別緻，小院保留了原始的風味，有歷史沉澱的味道，值得住下來細細體會。因為是古建築，不能對設施按照酒店的標準去要求，不過還是有可以提升的地方。比如房間角落的衞生可以做得更細緻些，壞的設施可以更新一下，酒店常備的碘伏棉球和針線盒應該常備，延遲退房服務等可以更人性化一點。
