庭院挺有氛圍感的，就是屋內設施稍微差點，特別是淋浴，晚上其他房間的住客太吵了也沒人提示下。希望店家可以提高下，會擁有更多回頭客的！

大院説是歷史悠久，位置在東門瞻鳳城樓附近，屬於鬧中取靜，還有景點介紹牌，比較好找。就是城內不能走車行李不太好拖。小院子佈置的古樸愜意，跟環境相得益彰。白天，夜晚景色都好看，非常適合三五好友喝茶聊天打牌發呆。至於房間偏小，設施簡陋，也都在能接受範圍內，因為畢竟不能既要又要，既然追求的就是小院的古樸寧靜，那就不能要求太多。總體還是比較滿意，推薦。

入住前打電話諮詢停車，沒人接，衹能上網自己查停車和步行到店路線，當然客棧也就沒人提前聯繫來接或幫忙拿行李，入住後院二層的房間，當然也沒有人幫我們拿行李上這老房又舊又陡又窄的小樓梯，進房間後，摸哪哪都是灰，總之感受很差，不建議大家衝著什麼400年老宅來住。

多年前來過，對這種古建築情有獨鍾，這次又帶了老老小小都來入住。環境確實別緻，小院保留了原始的風味，有歷史沉澱的味道，值得住下來細細體會。因為是古建築，不能對設施按照酒店的標準去要求，不過還是有可以提升的地方。比如房間角落的衞生可以做得更細緻些，壞的設施可以更新一下，酒店常備的碘伏棉球和針線盒應該常備，延遲退房服務等可以更人性化一點。

房間很小很差 我定的是豪華套房 2房間裏很多蟑螂 如圖三 被我踩死的超大一衹蟑螂很噁心 而且蚊蟲特別多 衞生情況堪憂 自己看椅子靠背那個污漬 這是三百多的房子該有的衞生嗎？前台一位女老闆態度很差 半夜三點衞生間的放拖鞋的架子掉落早上問前台絲毫不關心是否被嚇到而是説哦沒關係掉就掉了

非常不錯古樸的大院，很幽靜，裏面花草很多，水缸上有三國時代的石刻，還有一個書架，有很多書，孩子們很喜歡！

近十年最坑的一次入住體驗，朋友説古城最老的建築，於是選了他家，節日翻一倍，沒關係，沒有人聯繫告知路線，沒關係，打電話問可不可以接行李，回答晚上十點半才可以接行李，沒關係，我們三家人拖着箱子沿着石板路磕磕絆絆一路問着走到店裡，過分的是，服務員給三把鑰匙轉身走了，問房間在哪裡？讓自己進去按門牌找，於是我們開始一間一間的按院子找，三個大床房大小不一，衞生間下水夾雜黴味撲鼻而來，服務員説房子不是她修的，大小本來就不一，然後自己坐在自顧自的吃枇杷，説你有不滿意自己跟平台商量，早上起來問早餐在哪裡：另外一個服務員更惡劣，嘴巴一撇：那不是嗎！隔音，污漬，燒水壺插頭在床頭……………可惜了這有些年份的古建築！
