Gerui Hotel Guangyuan

The smell of the aromatherapy was deeply attracted to me as soon as I entered the hotel. It smells very high-end. The ladies at the front desk were enthusiastic and friendly. They checked me in very patiently. They even thoughtfully brought me a cup of warm scented tea when they saw that I was cold when I came in from outside. The hotel decoration design style is very fashionable and the rooms are very clean. I stayed here with my friends. I feel that the location of the hotel is very convenient for both shopping streets and scenic spots. You can see the night view of Jialing River as soon as you leave the hotel at night. It is so beautiful~ The most important thing is that the price is very cost-effective and the breakfast is rich. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Guangyuan.

On the way back from Lanzhou, I decided to rest in Guangyuan for one night. When I arrived, it was already 11pm. It suddenly started raining heavily. The parking spaces in the hotel were all full. I called the front desk and they were told that I could park outside. I reported the parking fee, got the room card and opened the door and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The sheets and pillows were very soft. I had a good sleep all night. When I woke up, I happened to be on the floor where we lived for free. It's rare to have such a great experience with breakfast. I will stay here next time I have a chance to pass by. I hope that the hotel will get better and better and be filled with guests!

The hotel changed its name from Lan Ou to Gray, but did not notify guests. I searched back and forth several times, and finally found out about the name change by calling the front desk. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. The only parking spaces are in a vegetable market behind the hotel. Luggage has to be dragged through the vegetable market to the hotel door, and then goes up 7-8 steps to the hotel lobby! The advertised room is 35-40 square meters, the measured room is 4.6X3.3=15.18 square meters, and the bathroom is 4.6X1.6=7.36 square meters. The smart toilet is promoted, but there is actually no smart controller for the toilet, and some important functions cannot be used at all. This feels like a very unsatisfactory booking. I

There is a teahouse on the second floor where you can play mahjong at night. The sound insulation effect is very poor, and the rooms facing the street are also very noisy.

The room was okay, but the layout was not very reasonable. There was only a switch on one side of the bed, and the TV had to be viewed crookedly on the bed. The dry and wet rooms are separated, and the hygiene is very good. They also provide snacks in the evening. However, the biggest drawback is that for two consecutive mornings, at 5:30, there was a sudden and intermittent sound of knocking things in the room, like a stick knocking on the floor. It lasted until I went out around 8 o'clock. It didn't stop. The front desk said it was the sound from the kitchen. My room was far away from the kitchen, and I went to eat at 7:30. People in the kitchen had already finished cooking. When I returned to the room, the sound was still there. The hotel staff didn't think about it at all. I wanted to find out where the sound came from. I reported it at 7 o'clock in the morning on the first day. It was still the same the next day and I couldn't sleep well.

The room is very new, but what I can't stand is the soundproofing. I have never stayed in a room with such poor soundproofing. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the loud sound of washing and drying my hair, not knowing whether it was next door or upstairs.
