臨走退房的時候前台的小哥哥給了我2瓶礦泉水一個蘋果，説是希望我給個好評。一般這種情況我還是會給好評的，但是這次確實是給不下手。 我們是7.23號到達的曾家山，到的時候是下午3.4點鐘了，我和爸媽還有我們家小孩都還是有點累，去前台辦理入住的時候都挺忙，是一個3/7分頭髮梳上去，大眼睛雙眼皮的女的接待的我（她對我態度不好我也沒必要對她稱呼多和善）。 她一臉不耐煩，對我愛答不理，問啥都説不清楚，而且我明明是訂的親子房，在華美達住了3天，唯獨她，我問她，早餐是怎麼分配的，人家一臉不耐煩説是第二天早上去二樓吃飯前台買票（第二天第三天續房人家都是和和氣氣給了3張餐票，説我是親子房）。然後我問她小童樂園怎麼走呢，她説喊我去旁邊問一哈。我和我媽當時就對廣元華美達的印象非常不好了，説他們最近生意好了，看不起我們這些老旅遊的了。結果除了23號這個前台女的，後兩天的前台服務人員，包括早餐前台的小姐姐態度都非常好。 不是説我花了錢我就是客户，700多一晚的酒店也不是好便宜，你一天擺個臭臉和哪個看？帶着父母和娃兒還要看你臭臉，最後悔的事沒看到她名牌把她貼出來。 總之就是，環境還是很不錯，設施那些都很新，除了23號第一天那個女的服務也很好，但是早餐有點單一，還收48一位，有點貴了。

I came to Guangyuan for a trip this week. I hesitated for a long time online and finally chose Magnolia. First of all, the location is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi or bus to eat. The front desk staff arranged a view room for us. We can see the scenery on both sides. The room is very bright. The bathroom is large and clean. One good thing is that although the hotel is facing the street, it is not noisy at night and I slept very well. The attitude of the staff is great (*^▽^*)
