整體環境欠佳，房間電視沒聲音，前台來搗鼓了下也沒搞好，問前台有沒有空房間了，反饋有，也不給換房間，沒聲音的電視，就説就這樣看唄。讓看沒有聲音的電視，這解決方案頭一次碰到。房間也沒有免費礦泉水提供。
