The concierge service is excellent, we have problems using wechat to find a driver to take us to the museum, they helped us immediately and we are really glad everything worked out good👍
The breakfast buffet was good, restaurant is very clean and pleasant, very relaxing atmosphere👍

The hotel is quite old. The outdoor swimming pool jet isn't working. Our room's desk lamp is not functioning, but the hotel did not compensate for it.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was unmatched, the staff were wonderful, and the sea view was unforgettable. I couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience, and I can't wait to return to this paradise again soon. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil beachside escape.

Careful, during "low" season (up to May):
- outside swimming pool does not open,
- only 1 restaurant is opened (Chinese),
We had no chance also with sea water: filthy and many huge jellyfish. The sand is beautiful and beach is cleaned up. Unfortunately, the "private" fireworks sent in the sky at dawn leave great number of boxes and glass bottles on the sand for the next day.

My family had a short getaway this weekend staying 2 nights in the Crown hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Hotel itself is quite classic but the staffs are very bright and friendly. Our room unfortunately had a problem in the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The next morning “Leo” responded to my complain immediately and gave another room,
and it was not the end. He took attention to us and had us feel really cared for. Thanks for your caring and even the gift for my little daughter! And we were provided late checkout service so could enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel fully even on the leaving day!! (Thanks Yoyo for that!) It was my best short weekend trip in the last 12 months I trust. Maybe it’s because it’s not a peek season, but anyway my family decided to come to Crwon Hailingdao as often as we could!!

We had a great time, the room was very spacious and clean, the hotel stuff was very friendly and accommodating; Our room has a beautiful view in the day and night.
The buffet breakfast was very luxurious and had many options both western and Chinese. Outside the hotel there was many attractions, we chose to go fishing and actually caught one fish. overall the trip was very peaceful and relaxing.
