Regal Palace Hotspring Resort Shaoguan

The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, in the quiet Banxi Valley. I came out to relax before the New Year. The lobby design and decoration are magnificent. The check-in procedures at the front desk were efficient and I got the room quickly. The receptionist patiently and enthusiastically introduced the hotel restaurant and Hot spring location and business hours, good service. The room is over 60 square meters in size and has a balcony with hot tub and bathtub, making the room look particularly spacious. The hot spring area has indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a cave area with about 50 pools of various sizes to provide enough space for a soak. The breakfast on the second day was good, the snacks and bread tasted especially good, and the dining experience was great. Overall, this relaxing trip was satisfying and enjoyable. I will come again next time I have the chance!

Picture 1 is the windowless family room we originally booked. The formaldehyde smell was too strong and we couldn't stay there at all. After negotiating with the hotel to change to a family room with windows, the lighting control panel in the room was malfunctioning and could not be repaired. The experience is super bad! ! ! ! I saw a lot of bad reviews online, but I didn't know until I stepped into the pit myself. Alas, the outdoor hot spring pool is not very clean either.

房間面積寬敞，有60平方以上，倚着翠綠山峯，光線柔和又明亮，乾淨衞生，床上用品乾淨整潔，床墊舒適。酒店大堂富麗堂皇。酒店是新的。但又沒有新裝修刺鼻味兒。房間泡池是原石做的，藝術品一樣，温泉水夠熱，來水快，是天然温泉。房間有獨立衣帽間，衞生間。氛圍頗能留人。缺點是：床頭比床尾矮一點，睡得不太舒服，應該是床尾有地毯床頭沒有的原因，其實這個是可以處理一下的。房間原石開鑿的泡池好看，但空間較小，衹合適一人泡，同時池子裝水之後池壁池底比較滑，出入池子得特別小心。酒店充電樁充電1.8元一度，貴。插上充電後上了房，手機告訴已經充電完成，然後稍微遲了點下去撥槍，過了分鐘，被按每分鐘一元收佔用費！並且充電時一定要付100元以上辦卡，充電完後有餘額，卻無操作路徑退款！説你可以以後用。我能住9百多元一晚的酒店，充電這錢不多，卻一肚子火。後來就是酒店幫忙聯繫充電樁公司解決退款的。

酒店很新房間沒味道，親子房間夠大和舒服…房間的軟件操作有時不聽話🤣外面的空氣環境還可以，酒店的中歺價格和外面的農家菜一樣，早餐和自助餐的東西還不夠齊全，泡温泉有室內和室外，泡的温泉池夠高檔每個池都是一件花崗巖石過，游泳池室內是恆温外面是涼的，泡温泉的地方服務員不夠和飲水機的定點位也不夠，可能酒店新開業要慢慢的改善一下！好像南崑山和增城的嘉華酒温泉店這樣就好了…因為我都比較喜歡住這個集團的酒店温泉…☺

這次入住嘉華酒店，體驗超棒！酒店隱匿於山谷之間，環境清幽靜謐，彷彿世外桃源。温泉更是一絕，泡池分佈在室內、户外和溶洞三個區域，水質清澈温潤，泡在其中，一身疲憊盡消，周邊山林景色也盡收眼底，令人心曠神怡。房間寬敞舒適，佈置温馨。服務人員態度親切周到，送物效率快。無論是休閑放鬆還是親子出遊，這裏都是絕佳之選，強烈推薦給大家呀！

因為之前曾經住過嘉華旗下的酒店，這次看到有新開的温泉酒店順道過來體驗一下。酒店非常豪華氣派，大堂和走廊很有格調，入住還有遊戲機幣贈送。前台Beck的服務好，升級了更好的房間，房 間寬敞，洗漱用品是歐舒丹的，雖然不是我最喜歡的味道，總體質量還挺不錯。酒店早晚餐還可以，晚餐還有歌手駐唱，另外除了温泉還有泳池、健身房等等娛樂設施。在夕陽下泡着温泉吹着晚風放空自己很不錯。不過因為是新開的，所有的設施還未能全部開放，另外建議日式餐具更改為白色的，會顯得乾淨衞生，酒店總體很不錯。
