總體環境還可以！但需要吐槽下，房間隔音一般，酒店未見洗衣房、健身房，酒店電梯內、大堂沒有功能房、樓層示意等；早上去餐廳吃飯，都不知道餐廳在哪，問了下前台，前台就説了下在那邊，去找了一圈沒找到，又折返追問前台才知道在二樓；到了二樓帶小盆友的都測量下身高，1.4m一點不含糊，全票；前台接待真的很一般，還不如全季！！！！

賓館就在景區邊，去景區玩非常方便。我們去的早，前台馬上通知服務員先打掃我們的房間，以便我們儘早入住。房間很乾凈也很大，還有陽台，外面的風景不錯，還温馨的送了水果。離店時，甜甜的前台小姐姐還送到了一個龍寶寶布偶，給了我一個意外的驚喜。

預訂時認為酒店就在景區門口，環境好還方便，結果非常無語。4號晚上6點辦理入住，前台服務員的態度給我們的感覺就是要住就住，不住一邊兒去。更奇葩的是第二天逛完太極洞發現她在最後一個洞廳賣照片，忙碌的樣子和在酒店前台截然不同。估計知道我們不會來第二次吧。朋友房間的枕頭上竟然有頭髮，反應後立馬換房，我們猜測是客房心裏明白房間沒換床品，所以態度很端正。總而言之，這個酒店不建議入住，體驗感極差。
